Shipping Policy
All shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. If you would like to review the total price before payment, please be advised that your shipping options will be given to you before payment is required. Simply start the checkout process and information will be given. In addition, you may click on View/Edit cart and niput your zip code to get a total before proceeding.
We will do our best to ship out all products as soon as possible. This means that your items will be shipped within 1-5 business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you with information regarding the status of the order, and possible tracking information or simply send the order out partially from different warehouses after a period of no more than 2 weeks. We will not hold up an order for longer than 2 weeks without notifying you. However, if you need to contact us, please e-mail us at support@christianbooksbibles.com.
Same day shipping can not occur unless you call the order in before 11a.m. eastern AND we tell you that particular item is available for same day shipping.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order scheduled to ship on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. FedEx and UPS do not ship on the weekends either.
All tracking information is sent through our website. If you have not recieved a tracking number after one week, please check your spam folder, as the e-mail could likely have been filtered to that mailbox. Please note that Christianbooksbibles.com cannot be responsible for packages lost/damaged by the United States Postal Service. If you would like to purchase insurance for the USPS shipment, please call us toll free at (800)704-1428 to place your order.
We reserve the right to substitute UPS or Priority Mail delivery for FedEx delivery for some shipments. Not every warehouse uses FedEx however UPS and the post office Priority Mail is equally as reliable and quick in shipping times. Thank you for your flexibility.
FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes, you MUST provide a street address if you choose FedEx shipping.
"A Few Days for a Few Dollars"
We have found in this economy there is a need for ministries to stretch their dollars as far as they can to be good stewards of what God has blessed them with. We believe CBB has a fair solution to that problem. We call it, "a few days for a few dollars". With our policy we do not have to stock all 100,000 items at all times thus saving on the high cost of inventory and all that goes with it. Rest assured, we have continuous shipments from all the various publishers delivering to our Goshen warehouse the products ordered daily, to be packaged and shipped out by our shipping department. This is the reason we require 1-5 business days to get many orders together before leaving the warehouse. Although we also stock a great deal of the most popular curriculum, bibles, etc for 24 hour shipments, we have found this system works best for most of our loyal customers and is a fair trade to wait a few extra days to save on God's resources.
Delivery Times (please read, this is important)
Your delivery time depends on the mail class that you select. Please note that the mail class that you pay for (USPS Priority, FedEx, Media Mail, etc.) is for the transit time of your parcel(s). The processing time of 1-5 days is constant regardless of the shipping method you chose. If immediate shipment is required for your order, please contact customer service at (800) 704-1428 to get a more precise estimate as to when your package will be shipped and delivered.

Backorders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). This information will be given to you via an e-mail and also by logging into your account.
