Return Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Therefore, if there is anything DAMAGED or INCORRECT about your order, simply return it to us within 30 days, and we will give you a 100% refund with no questions asked.  However, If an order was made in error or you simply have a surplus of an item or changed your mind, please allow for a 20% restocking fee (plus shipping costs) as we will need to return the items to the publisher.  Please note that opened media items (DVDs and CDs) are ineligible for return.
