When Christopher Wilkinson got up that cool crisp morning in the fall and, after going through his morning rituals, went to work, little did he know it was going to be such a life-altering and defining event. But the biggest day of his life wouldn't happen until the following day. That's the day he and his chauffeur were run off the road, his driver shot and he was kidnapped. But that is just the beginning. There's a rescue mounted and his twin daughters chase the unsuspecting kidnappers out into the southwestern desert. That's where the plot thickens because not all goes according to plan and more than one rescue has to be attempted. There's a plane crash and the survivors have to march through the desert heat and sand. People are shot and buildings blown up. Chris, of course, gets away (it's in the title), but what about the others? There is good news: through it all, the gospel is presented clearly and unmistakably.
