Bill Zimmerman has had a successful career as a journalist, prize-winning newspaper editor, and prolific book writer. Nominated for two Pulitzer Prizes, Bill is a former journalist for Newsday and is the author of Pocketdoodles for Kids. He lives in New York City.

Tom Bloom's work includes illustrations for Pocketdoodles for Kids, among many other books. He draws regularly for the New York Times.
