Justin Lugbill
Founder & President

Justin Lugbill I grew up in the small town of Elkhart, IN, just a stone's throw from the infamous University of Notre Dame. The Lugbill name has been involved in entrepreneurship and small business for decades. Both my grandfathers were business owners, as well as my own father. Growing up around so many business owners, I developed an understanding of business at a rapid rate.

My core vision for life, as well as my Christian bookstore, is to help people explore their faith. Growing up around so many different kinds of people (from Amish and Mennonites, Agnostics), I've had a hard time accepting that so much time was spent agreeing over things that in the end, didn't really matter. Instead, I believe, love and sacrifice to God (and his son Jesus) is #1. The rest are just details. With billions of people practicing religions outside of Christianity, I believe it is of the utmost importance to explore your faith to know what you believe. Better yet, know why you believe it.

While attending Bluffton University, a small Christian school in Ohio (for business and marketing), I realized that people needed more options for purchasing their Christian books, Bibles, Sunday school curriculum, etc. Alas, Christianbooksbibles.com was born. Starting on Ebay.com and Amazon.com, the business quickly grew and a dedicated website was set up. Although this 6 year old business is still young in many respects, it has grown throughout the years, and become a source of consistent value, Christian service, and job creation.

Eileen Klassen
Customer Loyalty & Fundraising Coordinator

Eileen KlassenI have been employed by ChristianBooksBibles.com for over a year now. It has been a blessing in so many ways. Every day is a new blessing with a variety of orders to be processed. I thoroughly enjoy pulling the orders and working with Christian brothers and sisters to make sure each customer's order is shipped as accurately and efficiently as possible.

I have been married to my husband, Ray, for 31 years. We have 5 children and 1 grandchild. The oldest 3 are married and youngest 2 are finishing college. My husband and I live in Goshen, Indiana and are members of a Mennonite Church in the area. As the Education Commission Chair at my church, we have discovered significant savings when ordering our Sunday School Curriculums and bible and book participant/study guides through ChristianBooksBibles.com.  In addition, our youth group takes part in the CBB Fundraiser Program.

Haydee Emilou Ilagan
Sales & Customer Service, Book Reviewer

Haydee Emilou Ilagan I have a passion to love God above all else. It is my desire to worship Him and to serve Him for the rest of my life. He is my first love. In Him, I live and move and have my being. I am His child, His treasured possession and His ambassador to reach souls for His kingdom.

I was born a Catholic, known the Lord in an evangelical church, educated and trained in a Pentecostal seminary, influenced by Baptist and prophetic teachings and now worshipping in a Christian reformed Church.

I grew up in my maternal family compound in Muntinlupa, Philippines. My parents raised me and my siblings through sales and marketing and dad in particular trained us academically ever since that we developed the love for learning and pursuit of excellence. My character was molded through camping and outdoor life and my stint as Regional Girl Rep to the Central Board, the highest policy-making and governing body of the Girl Scouts of the Phils. I love gazing at the stars, rappelling at the cliffs, making bonfires, bamboo cooking and promoting our movement in tv and print, and organizing national youth conferences. One memorable experience is serving as the emcee for the First Lady in our White House.

However, I suffered from depression for 12 years but God has healed me through Healing Rooms in 2007 and since then He called me to become a Prayer Minister there. We minister to the sick, helpless, and hopeless every Fridays but other days I minister in Online Healing Rooms to people from any point in the world. I am also connected with Elijah House Philippines and Wholeness Ministries International – ministries for the transformation of the soul and spirit through prayer ministry.

I have individuated and cut free from my parents/family and now enjoying every moment of living on my own. I love to sing, play bowling, teach kids, visit prisoners, cook healthy dishes, eat blueberry cheesecake, yogurt swirls, feed birds in my veranda, teach old people how to use a laptop, buy cute dresses and everything organic. I also love to read and write so much that it became my career and ministry. I am currently the Book Reviewer in CBB and now marketing books outside US. It is so great to do the thing that you love the most and get paid to do it in the comfort of your pajamas. I am now also transitioning to copywriting. I look forward to the day that I will not only review books but write my own as well, God willing.

God is just so amazingly beautiful. Only by His grace and love am I here, breathing and soaking in His goodness. Like most Christian women, I am also waiting and praying for the best and right husband for me.

Emile Godoy
Customer Care, CRM

Emile GodoyI have been working for Christianbooksbibles since early 2011 as a customer care support. It has been a very good experience working for a Christian company for the first time. It has blessed me how I am able to interact with people ministering to them through my service and through Biblical perspective.I always make sure I am doing my best to give excellent and godly customer service.

I became a Christian in 2001 by the grace of God. But before I became a Christian, my life was a mess, full of hatred, uncertainties, and revenge. I had no Jesus in my life then as I believed in Him only as a prophet. But my desire for God started when I was in college. On December 30, 2001 in my dream, Jesus appeared before me. When I woke up it was both a struggle and a deep reflection. God's relentless invitation compelled me that morning to repent and accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. My life has never been the same since then. My journey has become more meaningful as God continues to shower me with His love, grace, and faithfulness.

I am attending a Baptist church that strives to know Christ and make Him known. I have 2 small Bible study groups: mixed group and all men's group which I am attending regularly. Recently, I joined a mission team reaching out to one of the unreached people groups. In mission perspectives, I am into thetentmaking mission. I support myself through this job and at the same time reaching other people with the Gospel, by integrating work and witness. My vision in life is to glorify God through missions heeding to God's calling of the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20.
