Shipping Policies
Additional Information

All shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. If you would like to review the total price before payment, please be advised that your shipping options will be given to you before payment is required. Simply start checkout, enter your shipping address, and use the shipping dropdown to see the pricing options.

All tracking information for your order can be found by logging into your account. The tracking number and link are additionally found in the e-mail sent to you when shipment occurs. . If you have not received a tracking number after one week, please check your spam folder, as the e-mail could likely have been filtered to that mailbox.

Please note that cannot be responsible for packages lost/damaged by the United States Postal Service. If you would like to purchase insurance for the USPS shipment, please call us toll free at (800) 704-1428 to place your order.

We may sometimes substitute UPS or Priority Mail delivery for FedEx delivery. This will only be done if the delivery date is the same, or early. UPS and USPS Priority Mail are equally reliable, and you'll receive a tracking number with link, for easy order tracking (just log into your account!).

FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes, you MUST provide a street address if you choose FedEx shipping.

Processing Time

Because one of our core principles is to give the best prices, we don't stock all 150,000+ Christian items we carry. This is why the processing time can range from 1-5 business days. However, a majority of orders are in stock already, and ship out within 24 hours. Although we also stock a great deal of the most popular curriculum, bibles, etc for 24 hour shipments, there are times when the full 5 day processing time will be used. However, if you have a deadline and need your order to go out sooner, no problem. Just give us a call at (800) 704-1428 and fill us in. We can generally accomdate expedited requests, and if we can't, we'll let you know and give you your options.


In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we'll notify you immediately. In most cases, we'll remove the backordered items off your order (which your invoice will reflect), and refund your payment for that part of the order. However, you also have the option to hold the backorder, which we will ship at no charge, when it becomes available

Your delivery time depends on the mail class that you select. At checkout, please note that the mail class that you pay for (USPS Priority, FedEx, Media Mail, etc.) is for the transit time of your parcel(s). The processing time of 1-5 days is constant regardless of the shipping method you chose.  If immediate shipment is required for your order, please contact customer service at (800) 704-1428 to get a more precise estimate as to when your package can be shipped and delivered.

The key to getting your order in time for your need is communication. Let us know when you need it and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Same day shipping can be accomodated if you call your order in before 11 AM EST. Please inform the CBB teammember who handles your call, so we can put your order at the front of the line. In addition, you can place the order online, and then call in the rush request. The important this is that you talk to someone, so we can help!

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order scheduled to ship on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping to a Prison

Most Prisons and Jails require you to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to send a package to an inmate. Most of them only accept softcover books as well. Please check with the institution directly before placing your order and follow their directions or your package will be returned to us at your expense.
