1.  All fundraising proposals must be presented to a Christianbooksbibles.com representative via e-mail or phone before becoming active.  At this time, you will receive your code, and all pertinent information.

2.  All fundraising campaigns are constrained to a pre-defined period of time set at the beginning of the period.

3.  Participant's will be given a unique "discount code" which will be entered at checkout on the website.  This code uniquely identifies your event and should communicated to those you wish to include in the fundraiser.  You can publish the discount code wherever you deem appropriate.  Examples include newsletters, bulletins, postcards, and so on. 

4.  Payment will be made via check within 2 weeks of the fundraiser end-date.  A detailed report will also be included that gives you statistics and sales figures (provided for your own      reference and convenience) from the campaign.
