From the date of purchase, you can return items 30 days after initial delivery.  Please allow for a 20% restocking fee (plus shipping costs), if you want to return item(s) due to ordering extra, or change your mind.  Please note that opened media items are ineligible for return.

To return an item, please use the LiveChat in the bottom right corner of the screen (or call 800-704-1428), and request a RMA (return merchandise authorization).  A CBB team member will generate the RMA, and provide you instructions for return.
