We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Any incorrect,defective, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will ship you a replacement.
- We will send a shipping label via email that you can print out or via the US Postal Service only when the items are incorrect,defective, or damaged.
- Opened media items such as videos,CDs, casettes,DVDs are ineligible for return.
- If there are any items you are not satisfied with (wrong size, wrong color,not as expected,arrived too late,etc) you will be issued a refund of merchandise cost only or you will be issued an exchange. We will no longer cover the shipping costs in returning the items to us. The return window must be within 30 days of receipt and the item should be received in saleable condition.
- There is a 25% restocking fee for any return that does not comply with the above policy.
The refund will be processed when the returned items are received.
- You will receive your refund in the same method as your payment for that order.
